What I like about this app is that I can train with my favorite coaches on YouTube. And it helps me keep track of my heart rate and, as a result, my overall health.

I’ve been using only this app for 3 months. Hands-free. I don’t need to constantly hit pause during workouts because that always annoys me a bit—when you need to stop, but the workout keeps going. Definitely 5 stars.
I saw this app on TikTok. I was immediately interested. I did my first workout and I’m very happy with the result, because I can monitor my heart rate level, and at the end of the workout I can also see and track my calories for each workout, as well as see the rating of how the workout affected my overall condition and health.
Usually, when I train using YouTube videos, sometimes my level isn’t as good as the trainer’s, and I can’t keep up because my heart rate gets too high. But the app helps me monitor this and choose a pace that is comfortable for me and suits me. That’s why I’m very glad I found such an app.
I haven’t seen an app like this before, but I think something like it should have been made a long time ago. The app is simple, but it does its job perfectly.
